Mike McKinney is the Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the Department of Residence Life and the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities. Mike also serves as the Staff Advisor to the Student Government Association. Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Thiel in 2002, and his Master of Science in Education degree from Youngstown State University in 2004. Anne Orelli is a 2005 graduate from Thiel College. She holds bachelors' degrees in Pyschology and Juvenile Family Justice. Currently, Orelli is a Graduate Assistant at Youngstown State University, where she is working towards a masters degree in Student Affairs and Leadership. On campus, Orelli serves as a Resident Director in Hodge Hall and the Coordinator for Student Discipline. Orelli is also the advisor to Alpha Xi Delta. Orelli is originally from New Castle, PA. Shelby Spence graduated from Thiel College in May 2006 with a BA in English with Secondary Education Certification. She is currently enrolled in the Masters of Education in Student Affairs and Leadership at Youngstown State University and is   the Resident Director of Bane Hall. Robert Flukas graduated from Thiel College with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary

Education, and a Minor in Sociology. He is currently the Assistant to Student Activities and Resident Director of Harter Hall. Rico Franklin is a 2002 graduate of Thiel College with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Art.  Franklin is currently attending Youngstown State University to pursue a Master's Degree of Education in Student Affairs and Leadership. On campus, Franklin currently serves as the Resident Director in Florence West Hall and is an advisor for Multicultural Affairs.  He also is an Assistant Men's and Women's Track and Field Coach. Antonique Flood is a 2007 graduate from the University of Cincinnati where she earned a BSED in Elementary Education with a focus in English Literature.  Originally from Gahanna, OH, on campus Flood serves as the Resident Director for Sawhill Hall.  Flood will also be attending Youngstown State University in the Spring to obtain her Master's Degree of Education in Student Affairs and Leadership.  She can be reached at aflood@thiel.edu.
