Bane Hall

John C. Bane Memorial Residence Hall provides housing options for about 96 male and female
upperclass students and was named in memory of John C. Bane, Jr., a long-time trustee and friend of Thiel. Bane's rooms are 11'x12'. Residents can make use of the halls' dual lobbies for relaxation or studying. A laundry room and kitchen are also available for resident's use. Rooms include a loftable bed, dresser, desk , desk chair and closet space for each student.

Stewart Hall

Elizabeth Stewart Hall is Thiel's largest residence hall, providing housing
for almost 188 upperclass students. It honors the memory of Mrs. Elizabeth Stewart, a philanthropist to Thiel College during the 1920's. Room dimensions are 13'x13'. Residents may also take advantage
of an upstairs and downstairs lobby, a laundry room and a community kitchen. Rooms include a loftable bed, dresser, desk, desk chair and closet space for each student. |
Davis Square Apartments

Acquired by Thiel in 2001, the Davis Square Apartments span three buildings along Alan Avenue and Davis Street. Each building has three floors with four apartments per floor, along with laundry facilities and a resource room. There
are one bedroom (1-2 students) and two bedroom (2-3 students) apartments available. Apartments include a loftable bed, dresser, desk and desk chair for each student in the bedrooms. A furnished living room (1 couch, 1 end table, and 1 coffee table), a full sized kitchen with stove and fridge (utensils, plates, etc. not included), and a table with chairs are also included. One full bathroom for each apartment. Window treatments are mini-blinds. Each apartment has 1 AC unit, several closets and a pantry. |
Townhouses

Constructed in early 2002, the townhouses are Thiel's newest residential facility. 20 in all, each townhouse has three single bedrooms, one double bedroom and two full bathrooms. They represent the move away from barracks style residence halls towards transitional living. Students can also make use of the Glen Johnson Community Center located directly next to the facility for laundry. Townhouses include a loftable bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair for each student. There are several closets throughout the townhouse. A furnished living room (1 couch and 1 coffee table), a full sized kitchen with stove and fridge (utensils, plates, etc. not included), and a table with chairs are also included. The window treatments are mini-blinds. |
College Avenue Apartments

The College Ave. Apartment building contains 18 total apartments on three floors. There are efficiency (studio), 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments. Laundry is also available on each floor. Apartments include a loftable bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair for each student. There are several closets throughout the apartment. A furnished living room (1 couch and 1 coffee table), a full sized kitchen with stove and fridge (utensils, plates, etc. not included), and a table with chairs are also included. Each apartment has a private full bathroom. The window treatments are mini-blinds and each apartment is equipped with an AC unit. |
