Delta Sigma Phi House
Brothers of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity reside in this 20 room facility. Residents can make use of the large lobby, which includes a resource room. The basement area is available for the fraternity's greek functions and includes laundry facilites as well.

66 College Avenue
A central location on Thiel's campus, this theme house on College Avenue hold eight members of The Center for Men's Leadership.This house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms.As is the case with every house along College Avenue, this house also contains a kitchen, living room, dining room, as well as a basement equipped with laundry facilities.

58 College Avenue
The largest of the theme houses, about 20 brothers of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity reside at 58 College Avenue. The theme house has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. Also included is a spacious living and dining room, kitchen, and a basement.

42 College Avenue
Thiel's latest group to obtain a theme house, 17 female members of the Thiel Christian Fellowship live here at 42 College Avenue. Residents of this house share a total of six bedrooms and three bathrooms. A living room, dining room, kitchen and basement are also part of this three floor facility.
