Fraternity House 2 - Delta Sigma Phi

Brothers of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity reside in this 17-room facility. Residents can make use of the large lobby, which includes a resource room. The basement area is available for the fraternity's greek functions and includes laundry facilites as well. |
Hunton Hall - Sigma Kappa

Hunton Hall is the home to the sisters of Sigma Kappa. It has 23 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Laundry is accessible in the basement, which also has a kitchen and storage area. The spacious lobby is used for entertaining and is also a place to relax and do homework. |

Sisters of Alpha Xi Delta reside at 60 College Ave. The house holds 7 members of the sorority. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a storage closet in a unique location. There are laundry facilities in the basement, as well as extra storage room. The house has a spacious dining room that is perfect for house meals, crafting, and sisterhood bonding activities. |

Laundry facilities are in the basement, which is also large enough to use for extra storage. There is also a large back patio that makes the house a perfect location for picnics and barbeques.

Just a short walk from main campus, the W.I.N.G. house can hold up to 6 students. Newly redecorated by Thiel College Room Crashers (2012), this house offers a great space to encourage and develop leadership. This house offers 2 single bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, and an attic where 2 residents split the space. The trendy living room are where the ladies often hold campus-wide movie nights and leadership planning meetings. The house also includes a full kitchen, dining room, basement with laundry and storage space, and 2 full bathrooms. |
123 College Avenue - Chi Omega

Right next door to the WING house is the Chi Omega theme house. This house is home to up to 9 sisters of Chi Omega. The first floor features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious kitchen, and a cozy living room decked out in Chi-O decor. The second floor includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, and two storage closets. House 123 also features a basement for extra storage and laundry facilities, and a back deck for outdoor entertainment. |
66 College Avenue - Tomcats Inspring Hope

A central location on Thiel's campus, this theme house on College Avenue holds eight members of Tomcats Inspiring Hope. This house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. As is the case with every house along College Avenue, this house also contains a kitchen, living room and dining room; as well as a basement equipped with laundry facilities. |
58 College Avenue - Kappa Sigma

The largest of the theme houses, about 16 brothers of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity
reside at 58 College Avenue. The theme house has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Also included is a spacious living and dining room, kitchen, and a basement with laundry facilities. |
42 College Avenue - Phi Theta Phi

Brothers of the Phi Theta Phi group live at 42 College Avenue which can house up to 15 residents. Residents of this house share a total of six bedrooms and three bathrooms. A living room, dining room, kitchen and basement are also part of this three-floor facility. |
