Triple occupancy - $6,400 per person per year

College Avenue Apts.

Efficiency-Double occupancy - $6,000 per person per year

Theme Houses (including Frat 1, Frat 2, and Hunton Hall): Based on total number of persons living in the house: Each house has different occupancy expectations due to size.

Level 1 Occupancy $5,300 per person per year

Level 2 Occupancy $6,400 per person per year

 Level 3 Occupancy $8,080 per person per year

Note:  If apartments and townhouses are not filled you will be charged a higher rate for occupancy.  Example: Townhouse with two person occupancy will be an additional charge.
