Our mission is to create an inclusive community where student thrive and confidently contribute their unique experiences to help create a comfortable social and intellectually productive living and learning environment.

Desired Outcomes

Some of the things we hope the Peer Leaders and students will gain from their experiences:

-Provide opportunities for students to address the range of divers identities, perspectives, and experiences that impact their learning experience at Thiel.

-Create a space in the FYS classroom where students feel comfortable expressing themselves intellectually and emotionally.

-Support the development of ongoing, meaningful relationships.

-Take part in a community service project to increase knowledge and awareness of their community.
