Documentary film, concert, workshop, tiny house part of College’s 19th annual Earth Week

GREENVILLE, Pa.—From the worldwide issue of melting ice, to songs from around the world, the changing climate is the focus of the 19th annual Earth Week celebration April 10-12 at Thiel College, a leading liberal arts college in northwest Pennsylvania. All events are free and open to the public. This year’s theme is climate change.

Earth activist Lauren Pelon will perform her concert “Earth Tones” to highlight the week’s events on April 11. She will perform with a variety of instruments from countries and cultures around the world.

Other events include a presentation for elementary school students, a screening of the documentary “Thin Ice,” a ceremonial tree planting and a tiny house display.

The Global Institute of Thiel College, in partnership with the Office of Student Life, sponsors Earth Week at Thiel College.
