Thiel College announces more than 150 students are expected to volunteer Sunday, April 12 to work at Greenville Community Park or along Main Street for the “Spring Into Action” event.
Thiel College marked the achievements of its highest achieving accepted academic students at the inaugural Academic Distinction Celebration at the Lutheran Heritage Room in the Howard Miller Student Center on campus Friday evening.
Thiel College senior Ronnell Hunt, of New Castle, Pa., was honored by the Intercollegiate Broadcasting Society (IBS) as one of the top five student radio station managers in the country. For the 21st time, the Thiel Tomcats are the champions of the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC). Four Tomcats won individual titles Friday, leading Thiel to the team title at the 56th annual PAC Wrestling Championships, which took place at Washington & Jefferson College.
