The Greenville Symphony Orchestra will perform a free pops concert at Thiel College on Sept. 10 at 2 p.m.
Thiel College Assistant Professor of Performing Arts Pete Rydberg, Ph.D., and student researcher Austin Hall ’17 are preparing to debut their original documentary theatre performance “Berlin ist Gefallen!” (“Berlin has fallen!”) on Sept. 9 and 10. Shows will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the William A. Robinson Theater.
The Thiel College Spring Semester Student Recital and Handbell Concert will be held April 26 at the David Johnson Memorial Chapel. In addition, the Thiel Choir will host its final spring concert of the year on May 1. Both productions are free and open to the public.
The Thiel Players will perform their fifth and final production of the 2015-2016 academic year “At the Ark at Eight” on April 29-30 and May 1 in the College’s William A. Robinson Theater.
The Thiel Players will perform their fourth production of the academic year “Medea” on April 15-16 and April 17 in Thiel College’s William A. Robinson Theater.
The Thiel Choir is performing spring concerts at two churches in northern and central Pennsylvania, and one closer to home in Greenville.
Thiel College radio station WXTC is hosting local and touring musicians to raise money for the station and the VH1 Save The Music Foundation.
International award-winning ensemble Vox Luminis will perform at Thiel College’s David Johnson Memorial Chapel at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 11. The performance is part of the College’s Con Spirito Chamber Music Concert Series.
