The Thiel College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) held its annual Senior Student-Athlete Awards Banquet Sunday at the Lutheran Heritage Room.
Thiel College Director of Athletics Jack Leipheimer ’74 has been appointed to the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s (NCAA) Division III Football Committee. His term of service on the committee begins immediately and will continue through September 1, 2017, when he will be eligible for reappointment.
The Thiel College Blue-Gold Club will hold its annual golf scramble on Friday, May 23, 2014 at the Greens of Greenville. The event, which drew 132 participants last year, annually raises funds to support the College’s 24 varsity athletics programs.
