THIEL COLLEGE WELCOMES NEW PROFESSOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE AND CHEMISTRY

Dr. Anna Reinsel, new assistant professor of environmental science and chemistry.

GREENVILLE, PA – Thiel College welcomes one new full-time faculty member for the 2011-2012 academic year, which begins Aug. 29.

Dr. Anna M. Reinsel has joined the Thiel College faculty as assistant professor of environmental science and chemistry. Reinsel received her doctorate in analytical chemistry from the University of Akron in May 2011 and her bachelor’s degree in chemistry (with an environmental chemistry option and American Chemical Society certification) from Thiel College in May 2006. A native of Ravenna, Ohio, this position is Reinsel’s first faculty appointment.

New adjunct faculty for the 2011-2012 academic year include Christina Gant, music; Sherry Nold, music; Suzanne Penner, English; Laura Pickens, psychology; Brian Quinn, music; Pamela Slatcoff, education; Noel Stanger, English; Joseph Tompkins, communication; and Gasperina Woge, Spanish.
