VETERAN'S DAY CELEBRATED Nov. 11, 2010
GREENVILLE, PA – Today, to commemorate Veteran’s Day, Thiel College raised a U.S. flag, which was originally flown in Iraq, over Thiel’s campus in honor of the brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Services. The flag, which was donated to the college by the family of an Iraqi War Veteran, was displayed over one of Saddam Hussein’s palaces on Veteran’s Day 2005. Pictured from left to right: Sgt.
