KAPPA SIGMA FRATERNITY PRESENTS CHECK TO LCOAL LEUKEMIA PATIENT Nov. 12, 2010
GREENVILLE, PA—Greenville residents Tina Wamsley and Kaleena Williams receive a check for $3,066 from Ben Pouliot, president of the Kappa Sigma fraternity at Thiel College. The check was presented by the brothers of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity in memory of Andrew Marc See. The funds were raised during Kappa Sigma’s annual See Saw-a-Thon, which was held during the college’s Homecoming weekend in September. The check will benefit Williams, who has been diagnosed with acute lymbastic leukemia. In addition to the funds raised, Williamswill receive a “Dora the Explorer” blanket from Andrew’s Blanket Ministry, which was founded by See’s grandmother, Mary Barkand.
