. THE THIEL PLAYERS PRESENT MUSICAL "SHE LOVES ME" ON March. 9, 2010 . GREENVILLE, PA—The curtain rises on the Thiel Players’ spring production, “She Loves Me” April 8-10 in the college’s William A. Robinson Theater. Based on the play “Parfumerie” and the film “The Shop Around the Corner,” the plot of this classic musical takes place at Christmastime and revolves around Budapest perfume shop employees Georg Nowack and Amalia Balash who, despite being consistently at odds with each other at work, are unaware that each is the other’s secret pen pal met through lonely-hearts ads. This musical was the inspiration for the motion picture “You’ve Got Mail.” The Thiel Players is Thiel’s student theatre troupe and the cast includes Thiel students Bryan Montozzi, Joey Hertzog, Desiree Perkins, Cody Kendera, Evan Ditty, Quincy Harris, Jamie Kirchhofer, Annie Camp, Brandon McCormick, Hubert McCarthy and Marica Turan. Show times are 8 p.m. and there is no admission fee. The William A. Robinson Theater is located behind the William A. Passavant Memorial Center on Thiel’s Greenville campus.
