REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP RECEIVES KEYSTONE INNOVATION ZONE DESIGNATION November 12 , 2007 A regional partnership of four college and universities and four economic development organizations in five northwest Pennsylvania counties have received a PDCED grant. Thiel College, along with the Greenville Area Economic Development Corp. and Greenville Neuromodulation Services Inc., are the local Mercer County partners.
