There are 12 files below: Preliminaries, Chapters 1 through 10, and Answers and Index.  Preliminaries contains a Cover Page, Copyright Page, Dedication Page, Preface, Table of Contents, and Introduction.  To print one of the files (assuming you have the Acrobat Reader) just click the file.  When the Acrobat reader has loaded your file, click on File then on Print. Or, you can right click on the desired file, then click on "Save Link As..." Choose where to save it, then work with it on your computer.
