Overview
Fall
Thiel Counselors travel the country visiting high schools and college fairs. Take advantage of this opportunity to talk to your Admissions Counselor and learn more about Thiel College.
Visit Thiel's campus, take a tour, meet a professor or coach and see what our campus has to offer you. Personal Visits or Preview Days are two of our best options.
September 1 - Thiel's application for fall is online and accepting applicants!
October - Make sure your application is complete and we have received your letter of recommendation, ACT/SAT scores and high school transcripts.
Winter
December - Make sure to apply for a PIN for both students and parents.
January 1 - The FAFSA is now available to begin being filled out for the next academic year.
January 19 & 27, February 16 & 17 - Academic Scholarship Competitions
January & February - Receive your W-2 tax forms and complete your previous year's taxes as soon as possible in order to complete and submit the FAFSA.
Spring
March - Financial Aid Packets start getting sent out. Juniors: Start planning to take the SAT or ACT.
March 15 - Accepted Student Visit Day. Come visit Thiel again and interact with Faculty to get information on our Majors and Minors from the source.
April 6 - New Student Registration Day #1. Welcome to first of many future Tomcats as they visit campus to select their fall classes and officially become students.
April 27 - New Student Registration Day #2
May 18 - New Student Registration Day #3
Summer
Juniors and Sophomores: Start to visit Thiel with either a Personal Visit or one of our Preview Days. It is never too early to start your college search.
June 19 - New Student Registration Day #4
August 23 - Freshman Move-In Day. The start of the new school year begins with the freshmen class moving on campus and beginning their lives at Thiel.
