The Alliance • Dr. Victor Evans
Promotes acceptance and tolerance of the GLBTQI community by participating in educaitonal seminars as well as many Thiel activities.

American Chemical Society (ACS) • Dr. Kathryn Frantz
ACS is open to students of any major interested in chemistry. We explore chemistry through outside speakers, discussions, and everyday interest.

A national honor society for students studying in the biological sciences.

Read great books and talk about them!

Circle K • Mario Marini
An international collegiate service organization that is a sponsored leadership program of Kiwanis International. It promotes service, leadership, and fellowship. With over 13,250 members, it is the largest collegiate service organization of its kind in the world. Service partners include Better World Books, UNICEF, March of Dimes, and Students Teaming up for Hunger.

Meets to discuss topics relevant to English. In past years, we have held a book club and have had story hours for local children.

Environmental Club • Christopher Stanisky and Anna Reinsel
Promotes environmental awareness on campus and works with other environmental clubs from colleges around the area to spread knowledge of the environment through projects and events.

Equestrian Club • Jenna Malnar, Lory Nagel
Introduces or extends equestrian riding skills, equestrian handling skills, equestrian care and equestrian knowledge for beginners to advanced riders. For more information, e-mail jmalnar@thiel.edu.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes • Coach Robbins, Coach Zeuch and Coach Fears

Habitat for Humanity • William Moore
A non-profit organization that focuses on engaging students in service projects within the local community. Additionally, our chapter of Habitat goes on a service trip each spring break to a city within the country, during which we help to build houses for those in need.

Mathematics Honor Society

Lambda Sigma • Mary Reames
A national sophomore honor society that recognizes students who have been outstanding in scholarship and service to the College during their freshman year.

Les Lauriers • Andy Erb
A senior honorary that has been established to give recognition to students who have a 3.0 average and above and have shown outstanding service and leadership at the College.

Lutheran Student Movement • Dr. Michael Bray
Our Lutheran heritage gives us a unique identity within the Catholic church. This calls us to share the gifts God has given us, for the God of all people. Our Justification by grace through faith frees us to risk ourselves as we are witness to the Gospel.

National Student Speech Language & Hearing Association (NSSLHA) • Nancy Antonino
We hope to encourage professional interest among college and university students in the study of human communication sciences and disorders.

Organization of Black Collegiates • Joe Webb
Open to all members of Thiel campus for the purpose of promoting better human relations among members of the College community through greater knowledge of African-American culture.

Paintball Club • David Huddleston

Phi Alpha Theta • Dr. James Koshan
A national history honorary fraternity that aims to stimulate sound scholarship and promote interest in the field of history. For selection to membership, students must have earned a B+ average in at least 12 hours of history.

Psi Chi/Psychology Club • Dr. Martin Bright
We are the honor society for individuals who major or minor in psychology. We require a 3.0 cumulative GPA in all psychology courses, completed at least three semesters, plus register in the top 35% of your graduating class. Psychology Club is open to any student who displays an interest in the field of psychology.

Sigma Tau Delta • Dr. Mary Theresa Hall
An international English honorary society that has served the English discipline for 75 years. It is represented at Thiel by the Alpha Iota Kappa chapter and is open to students who meet the scholastic requirements. Qualifications for membership are available in the English department.

Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) • Craig Thurber
Offers a variety of different events to promote school spirit, finds ways to incorporate all students on campus into the collegiate athletic program and makes sure to commit strongly to the community and to other clubs on campus.

TCTV • Dr. Victor Evans
The production staff and talent that work together to create various television programs for the College television station. The organization is open to all Thiel students, regardless of major, who want to create, produce, direct and assist in the production of various weekly programming.

Thiel Christian Fellowship (TCF) • Anita Lillie
A ministry for all college students, not exclusive to any denomination. It is a fun way to get to know fellow Christians on campus, learn about our AWESOME LORD and participate in unique activities that have an intention toward the message of God.

The Thielensian • Jim Raykie
A student newspaper published frequently during the academic year. Students may become involved in news, feature or sports writing or may participate in business and advertising aspects of the paper. New staff members are recruited at the beginning of the school year but anyone may participate during the year by contacting the editor. The Thielensian offices are located in the Howard Miller Student Center.

Thiel Players • Dr. William Robinson
This dramatic troupe presents a major production each fall and spring term. Students may participate as actors (through tryouts held before each production) or on stage crews. The Thiel Players are also associated with the honorary Alpha Psi Omega.

Thiel World Organization (TWO) • Shannon Reesh
This unique club is a collaboration of culture, international and domestic. The objective of this group is to share many different traditions and lifestyles; and build awareness in the public.

Tomcats Inspring Hope • Dr. Mark DelMaramo
An organization dedicated to raising awareness for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) within the Thiel College campus and community. We work towards raising funds and support for those with MS and for those with family members and friends with MS through various campus events and fundraisers.

Women Inspiring the Next Generation (WING) • Heather Balas, Jennifer Pruzinsky and Erika Jones
Promotes friendship, empowers women through cultural and community affairs, and strives to set a standard of respect and responsibility for the entire college community by participating as leaders in a variety of Thiel College clubs and activities.
