The Thiel College Post Office is located in the HMSC adjacent to the Thiel Bookstore, with window hours Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. during the academic year. Hours are adjusted during summer and break periods.

Offering full postal services (stamps, package service, international mail services, UPS and Federal Express services), as well as intercampus mail (ICM) service, the Post Office is staffed by a full-time Postal Services Coordinator, a part-time assistant, and several student employees.

Students receive a private, key-locked box for receipt of incoming mail. The student handbook contains further information for students regarding this service and associated fees.
