Organization of Black Collegians (OBC)The Organization of Black Collegians is an organization founded in the mid-80’s that has the mission of raising cultural awareness throughout the entire campus. This organization is inclusive to the entire campus and is not specifically for African American Students. Anyone wanting to support diversity and learning about different cultures is more than welcomed to join. The AllianceThe Alliance is a student organization that grew from the Safe Zone Program. It consists of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students, as well as supporters of these students and the issues they face. The Alliance is recognized through our Student Government Association and provides many programs on campus to educate our community about LGBT issues. Thiel College (TC) Soldiers for GodThiel College Soldiers for God is a Mime organization that not only mimes, but has a passion to deliver the word of God and help inspire college students to succeed in and out of the classroom. Each member of “TC Soldiers” is a spiritual warrior declaring a state of emergency on the lives of both believers and non-believers. They bodily declare on the kingdom of darkness and intercede for those of their generation. TC Soldiers firmly believes in 1 Timothy 4:12, “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” TC Soldiers is a group of dimensional thinkers and worshippers with a desire to tap into another level of anointing and excellence. Thiel World Organization (TWO)Thiel World Organization is an organization whose activities promote cross- cultural exchange of customs and understandings. The organization welcomes members from the student body at-large, with the intent of affording both international and domestic American students opportunities for exchange through social programs, educational field trips and campus-wide programs. Women Inspiring the Next Generation (WING)WING promotes friendship, empowers women through cultural and community affairs, and strives to set a standard of respect and responsibility for the entire college community by participating as leaders in a variety of Thiel College clubs and activities.
