Welcome to The Office of Multicultural Affairs The mission of the Thiel College Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) is to support students from all cultural backgrounds in their psychosocial, cognitive and leadership development.The goal of the OMA is to culturally educate the entire campus and to facilitate an inclusive atmosphere in which all students regardless of race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation feel comfortable to freely participate and emerge themselves in the campus environment The OMA also seeks to assure that underrepresented students are sufficiently recruited and retained. The OMA will achieve these goals through programs devoted to fostering cultural awareness.
