Through programs, services and initiatives that address cross-cultural competency and personal empowerment, the Office of Multicultural Affairs fosters community development, leadership and a campus climate that respects and appreciates the history, culture and traditions of all students. The mission of the Thiel College Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) is to support the College’s efforts in the attraction, persistence, and graduation of diverse students through programs and services that will enable them to contribute to the advancement of our campus community and a multicultural world.
