The Thiel College Greek Life Incentive Program is a campaign to further the Greek members growth and to strenghten their organization and self in seven different areas. The seven different areas are Academic Achievement, Community Service/Philanthropy, Risk/Social, Chapter Management, Leadership/Educational Programming, School Spirit & Involvement, and Ritual & Values.
Each chapter must meet a minimum of five out of the seven categories for consideration for the anticipated level. Out of the seven categories, four are listed as mandatory and the final one is chosen by the organization.
Each achievement level has a reward that will be presented to the organization in the fall semester at the Greek Gala following the academic year the report is filed for. The rewards are as follows:
