Instructions to Access Services and Academic Adjustments
Instructions for student:
All self-identified and qualified persons with a disability requesting reasonable
Academic Adjustments at Thiel College must complete the following prior to
academic adjustments being given.
- Self-identify to the Office of Disibility Services
- Present documentation to the Office of Disability Services from an appropriate professional source (see box below) verifying
the disability or make arrangements to have your documentation mailed,
faxed, or hand-delivered to the Office of Disability Services as soon as
possible.
- Cost for providing this professional assessment
shall be the responsibility of the student.
