The reproduction and sending of transcripts/records are governed by federal legislation under Section 438 of the Family Education Rights to Privacy Act of 1974 as amended, and no transcripts will be released without written permission from the student. Transcripts are sent daily unless a hold has been placed on the record due to financial reasons. In such cases the student will be notified by Financial Services. There is no charge for up to ten transcripts for students who have graduated or attended Thiel College since 1977. Students attending before 1977, part-time students, and Thiel Scholars must remit a $2.00 fee per transcript.
