Community Worship

"A Good Half-Hour" occurs every Thursday while classes are in session at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Dr. Derek Nelson, campus pastor. This half-hour community worship will feature communion every other week and will include members of the community sharing their faith with attendees.

Sacred Earth & Healing Arts of Tibet

October 10, 4 & 8 p.m., Lutheran Heritage Room

The Gaden Shartse monks come to Thiel to present two programs, "Dharma for Western Students" at 4 p.m. and "Sights and Sounds of Tibetan Monastic Life" at 8 p.m. Both are free and open to the public. For more info about the monks, their life and the tour, visit www.gadenshartsecf.org.
