Dr. Ng’weshemi joined Thiel College in September 2007. Prior to that, he taught at Dana College, Blair, NE (August 2000 to August 2007), at Olive Harvey College, Chicago, IL, (August 1999 to May 2000) and was an Adjunct Professor at McCormick Theological Seminary, Chicago, IL (August 1999 to August 2000).

Over the years, Dr. Ng’weshemi has developed and taught a wide range of courses including Introduction to the Bible, Introduction to Christianity, Christian Thought in the Non-Western World, World Christianity, The Christian Life, African Traditional Religion, Jesus in the Gospels, Studies in Paul, African Christianity, Introduction to Social Science and Cultural Anthropology.

Pastor Ng'weshemi leads worship services on campus, preaches, and participates in campus ministry activities and events. He meets regularly with members of the campus community for conversation and prayer, and serves on a variety of campus programs, committees and organizations.
