For Immediate Release: March 8, 2008 THIEL'S MILLER COMPETES AT DIVISION III NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Miller finished 1-2 at the championships. On Friday Miller suffered a 10-4 loss to Munkhbaatar Baatar of St. John's University in his opening match and responded with a 3-1 win over eighth-seeded Kyle Flickenger of York College. On Saturday he fell to Mike McInally of Rochester Institute of Technology 7-1. Miller wraps up a terrific freshman campaign with a 29-7 overall record. |

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (March 8) -- Thiel College 125-pound Rob Miller (Transfer/Reynolds) competed at the 2008 NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships, which were held at U.S. Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Coe College, Cornell College, and the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference served as hosts for the event.
