Pedas Groundbreaking
More than 200 Thiel College students, employees, board members, friends and honor guests gathered under a bright blue sky to break ground on the James Pedas Communication Center on May 4. This event marked the start of construction of the new facility, which will be a place where Thiel students will learn, collaborate and practice communication skills that will earn them successful careers. The Pedas Center will also house the Communication Department, student media and the Office of Admission. It is scheduled to open in fall 2014. To read more about the event, watch a video of the ceremony or view pictures from the day, visit the Pedas section of our website.
