Pedas Communication Center

In recent years, Dr. James Pedas '50 (pictured on left with his brother, Ted), president and owner of the Circle Companies in Washington, D.C., began the process of making his dream of a communications-related facility at his alma mater a reality. The James Pedas Communication Center will be the newest academic building on campus in 40+years!

This project is not just a "bricks and mortar" project—it will be a resource for communications majors to practice their craft as well as serve as an academic hub for all Thiel students from all majors to develop communication proficiencies for successful careers and lives of purpose. Learn more

Alumni Stadium Campaign

One in four students participates in at least one varsity sport. Intramural athletics and general fitness activities are extremely popular. To accommodate the increasing number of student-athletes and provide them the most competitive and safest facilities, our fundraising priorities for 2012-2013 are seating enhancements and competition-quality lights at Alumni Stadium.

These important enhancements must be done this year in order to assure the best playing experience for our student-athletes, as well as bolstering regional and national visibility for Thiel athletics and strengthening recruiting efforts for all sports.
