The Director of Corporate, Foundation & Government Support is responsible for seeking corporate, foundation, and government funding for Thiel College priorities and programs.

Within the Thiel community, the Director of Corporate, Foundation & Government Support acts as the liaison with external funding organizations and works closely with senior administrators, the Academic Dean, and faculty to obtain financial support for projects ranging from capital improvements to faculty development to individual research. Faculty members who are seeking outside grant support are encouraged to consult with the Director, who can offer advice about funding strategy, help research potential funding sources, provide forms and information about obtaining funds from federal agencies, foundations and corporations, and assist with the development of a grant proposal.

It is essential that the College coordinate its funding efforts for both institutional and individual projects. Faculty are asked to inform the Director of Corporate, Foundation & Government Support about any plans they may have to contact an outside funding agency and to forward copies of any correspondence.
