Thiel is a liberal arts, sciences, and professional studies baccaluareate degree-granting college. Thiel strictly focuses on undergraduate education and offers a bachelor's degree in over 60 majors, minors, and areas of study. Thiel's size creates an atmosphere well suited for education. The college boasts a very low faculty to student ratio, 14:1. Due to the small class sizes, every student receives personal attention. Thiel is an institution of learning where highly qualified professors are easily accessible and more involved in every student's growth and learning.

Location and Campus.
Thiel College is a small, private college located on a 135-acre, beautifully landscaped, tree lined campus in the heart of western Pennsylvania's hill country. The college is strategically located and has many major cities, such as Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Philadelphia, New York, and Washington, D.C., situated within a short distance. Thiel is located in a rural setting, but is still close enough for ready access to major city culture, yet distant enough to be free from distractions. This ideal location makes the college very safe and free from major problems found in larger cities.
