CAN-8 Assignments form*

   Use this to make an assignment in CAN-8 for your students to complete in the MIMC

Media Assignments form*

   Use this to make an assignment for your students to complete in the MIMC

Media Loan Request form* 

   Use this to sign out a title in any format from the Media Library

MIMC Class Registration form*

   Use this to register your classes for use of the MIMC      

TCLA form*

   Use this to submit and authorize an equipment loan request tothe A-V Desk
