Math/Computer Science - Assistant Professor

The Math/CS department at Thiel College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position for Fall 2012. Ph.D. in mathematics required by Fall 2012. Besides teaching introductory courses such as college algebra, elementary statistics and the calculus sequence, the successful candidate must be prepared to teach numerical analysis and to participate in the continuing revitalization of the mathematics and the math/secondary education programs. Candidates should be comfortable with contemporary technology in the mathematics curriculum.
