Office Coordinator—Alumni Services
Thiel College seeks a full-time Office Coordinator for Alumni Services and Annual Giving in the College Advancement department, who will also serve as Advancement Database Manager. Responsibilities will include management of database of 11,000+ active records, including data entry, report preparation and generation; financial reporting on fundraising initiatives, including periodic giving reports and pledge reminders; preparation of donor acknowledgements and bulk mailings; response to campus requests for alumni data; alumni event preparation and support; and coordination of database needs for the Advancement department. Strong computer skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in database management. Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
