Lecturer in Religion
Thiel College invites applications for a one-year visiting position, with the possibility for renewal, in Religion. The position begins Fall 2010. The area of specialization is open, but preference will be given to candidates who can teach in one or more of the following areas: Biblical Studies (including Greek), Theological Ethics, or Religion and the Natural and Social Sciences. Required qualifications include a PhD in hand or near completion and prior teaching experience. Thiel, a residential, liberal arts college affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, seeks candidates who are supportive of Lutheran traditions in higher education.
