HEAD COACH–WOMEN'S LACROSS

Thiel College will field a women’s lacrosse program for the first time ever in 2010-2011, and is currently accepting applications for the position of Head Coach for Women’s Lacrosse. This position will be responsible for directing all aspects of Thiel’s NCAA Division III program, and will be expected to abide by and uphold the regulations of the NCAA Division III and the Presidents' Athletic Conference.

Specific duties will include recruitment, retention, coaching, scheduling, team travel, budget management, as well as monitoring student athletes’ academic progress. Candidate must have a strong commitment to academic and athletic success, with a demonstrated ability to identify and recruit student-athletes, a proven record of outstanding leadership, and strong organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in a successful NCAA program is desired.
