COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEMS/COMPUTER SCIENCE TENURE-TRACK POSITION
APRIL 2 For Fall 2009 – Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline required. Earned Ph.D. or significant progress towards terminal degree preferred. The terminal degree or its equivalent is required for tenure.
Successful candidate will be responsible for refining and maintaining the department’s E-Commerce and Web Development major programs. Besides teaching service courses such as Word, Excel, and Access, the successful candidate must be prepared to teach advanced level topics in our E-Commerce and Web Development programs. The ideal candidate should be prepared to teach the following courses: Interactive Web Animation, Professional Web Portfolio, Web Programming, Web Design and Development, E-Commerce, Project Management, and Programming in Visual Basic. Candidates should be comfortable with contemporary technology in the Information Systems curriculum.
