Employment Opportunities Human Resources Position Description Baseball Pitching Coach - Thiel College is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a coaching position for the baseball program. Responsibilities for this 10-month position include, but are not limited to, coaching, assisting in the planning and organization of practices, game day duties, recruiting, assisting with a strength and conditioning program and other assignments requested by the head coach and/or the Director of Athletics. Candidates should also have a commitment to the values, standards, and expectations of NCAA Division III athletics and a liberal arts college.  Each position requires a bachelor’s degree and collegiate playing and/or coaching experience.  Compensation includes stipend, room, meal plan, and other benefits.
