PERSONAL INFORMATION

Education:
BA and MA, Political Science, Oklahoma State University
Ph.D., Political Science, Florida State University

Research Interests:
Have published articles in a variety of professional journals on topics such as the Vietnam War, Gulf War, military spending in the former Soviet Union, and media coverage of women candidates for political office. Currently working on research project which examines American propaganda efforts during World Wars I and II.

Teaching Interests:
Survey courses on international relations and comparative politics. Advanced courses on American wartime propaganda, the Vietnam War, Western European politics, Third World politics, nationalism, and American hegemony in world politics.
