Ivan and Jocelyn Cilik shared their career paths and the effect that Thiel College had on their successful path toward owning their own business.  Jocelyn explained that adapting to change has been the most important aspect of her success.  Although she was not a business major, she utilized her skills in communication and planning to impact her business positively.  Ivan stressed the importance of strong relationships both in business and life.  Your interaction with family, friends, clients, mentors, and coworkers build bonds of trust and respect that allow for deep, lasting connections. 

Ivan and Jocelyn demonstrated that although it takes a lot of work, sacrifice, and commitment to start and grow a business, it is worth the effort because of the impact you can have on your employees, community, and family.
