He stated that you can't compare yourself to others, you must use networking, you must try and learn from your boss and fellow employees, be persistent and have integrity."
- Sara Laslow, senior psychology major"He told us that persistence in the face of ambiguity is one of the toughest lessons to learn. With this lesson, he told us how tough it was to be focused when he was trying to merge two hospitals in the Dubois area."
- Craig Chaussinand, junior business administration major
"The changes that Mr. Monge made to the DuBois hospital are still very evident. It is now the premiere facility in the area and is called the Dubois Regional Medical Center. I live in that area and see first hand what good leadership correlates into."
- Joshuwa Johnson, senior business administration major"I asked, 'What is your motivation to go to work everyday?' Peter answered that he enjoys it and wants to make it better for his employees and himself. He said that he doesn't expect his employees to do anything that he won't do. Also he said to pay for Thiel tuition and house payments."
