Official transcripts are maintained by the Office of Academic Records in Roth Hall. The reproduction and sending of transcripts are governed by federal legislation (under Section 438 of the Family Education Right to Privacy Act of 1974 as amended). Transcripts will not be released without written permission from the student.
If you attended Thiel College for undergraduate and/or graduate work, all courses will appear on your transcript, with term-by-term and cumulative grade point average, total credits attempted and earned, and degree grant date (if applicable). In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, transcripts are released to a student or a third party only upon receipt of a request that includes the student’s signature. Please note that all financial obligations must be resolved before an official transcript can be released. Thiel College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse for official transcript processing. You may Request your official Thiel College Transcript with the National Student Clearinghouse.
